Second Room - Air Conditioned, queen size bed, confortable
Third room - single bed



Single storey Semi-D, fully furnished for short-term and daily rent.

Facilities:
  • Air-conditioning for 2 of the larger rooms
  • Shower heater with pump for 1 bathroom
  • Gated, can park 2 carks inside. Ample parking outside, facing an empty field
  • 24 hours mamak restaurant and 7-Eleven + other amenities at Bandar Baru Selayang
  • TV, Wifi and Astro available.
  • Kitchen cabinet.
  • Cooking stove available only for weekly and monthly stay.
  • Washing machine and drying area available.

Suitable for:
  • Family lodging, 30" x 70" house
  • Attend functions or visit relatives for any purpose nearby Selayang, Kepong, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur or Hospital Besar Selayang
  • Going camping/hiking on park reserves nearby: FRIM, Templer Park, Hutan Lipur Sg Tua, etc.
  • Attend convocations at UiTM Medical Faculty Selayang or International Islamic University (UIA)
  • Watch a football game at Stadium Selayang then rest a night before going back on that long trip

Rates
* Deposit RM 100 (returnable when leaving)

Check In: after 2pm.
Check Out: before 12.00pm.

Per night:
  • RM 300

More than 3 nights:
  • RM 250/night (negotiable)

Monthly:
  • RM 2500/month (negotiable)
  • RM 300/month (Electricity and water usage deposit)
